SUPPLY CHAIN ADMINISTRATOR

Murray & Dickson Construction (Pty) Ltd is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the position below. The
incumbent will be employed in Johannesburg.

Position: Supply Chain Administrator
Reports to: Supply Chain Manager
Nature of contract: Permanent
Office Location: Bryanston
Site Locations: Head Office

Requirements:

Education / Qualification Grade12
Training / Experience At least 3 years in administrative function
Systems Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suits of programs Builtsmart knowledge and advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with loading of vendors onto VMS portal.
• Maintain Credit Application register and follow up on progress – completion, approval etc.
• Ensure certificates are updated when they expire.
• Assist suppliers & internal stakeholders with completing VMS where required.
• Identify SMMEs and suppliers at site start up and engage
• Collating all data required for submission for the procurement and supplier management portion
  of BBBEE certification
• Ensure that you know the company policy and procedures with respect to your department and the
  purchasing function.
• Ensure all filing is fulfilled in accordance with policies
• Assist sites with completion of lease agreements.
• Manage lease agreement register.
• Manage deposits.
• Manage cancellations, extensions, etc.
• Monthly inspection reports
• Evaluate and mitigate risks.
• Continuous improvement of systems
