Job Overview:
The System Integration Developer is a Member of the Global eBusiness B2B team, providing development and technical support for customer facing platforms, systems, and applications, including Customer Relationship Management, EDI and B2B Integration, API Management and web content management. The role will work to support major projects, working with cross functional business teams and the Global Service Team Lead to formulate functional and business roadmaps and deployment schedules.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Regional and Global technical support to insure optimal utilization, performance, and reliability of relative applications and systems.
- Serve as primary point of contact for eBusiness B2B customer issues and requests and provide timely responses to escalations.
- Work closely with internal and external business partners and stakeholders, Business Process Owners / Engineers, IT operations, and regional and global applications teams to design, build and test solutions in support of prioritized business initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements to deliver solutions that meet business objectives and expectations.
- Accurately record work activities and time spent in a Time Management System on a regular basis.
- Follow proper governance, incident, and change management procedures and meet pre-defined KPIs for work estimation accuracy, incident closure, and on time delivery.
- Participate in regular project status and performance review meetings with Global Service Team Lead.
- Manage small sized projects typically less than 12 months in length, and limited in scope and reach to the individual, the eBusiness B2B team and/or single business stakeholder.
- Report notable work activities, project status, and major incidents to Global Service Team Lead on a weekly basis.
- Support and align goals and activities with Global Sappi vision.
- Understand and adhere to Sappi’s Code of Ethics.
- Comply with global security and internal audit practices and requests to ensure all solutions meet security and data privacy guidelines to protect employees and Sappi’s business interests.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science or Information Management or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrates deep knowledge and understanding of relevant applications and technologies
- Ability to multitask and manage workload with minimal supervision.
- Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem solving and customer service skills
- Ability to work flex schedules as needed to support a global organization
- Must be able to work well with people from many different backgrounds and cultures

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Government and Community Relations Specialist to build and manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and other external groups. This includes promoting Sappi’s initiatives, fostering positive relationships, and addressing community concerns.
As a Government and Community Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Implement the stakeholder engagement strategy in line with agreed outcomes as indicated by the Stakeholder relations Lead.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with provincial, local government officials, and traditional leaders, enhancing Sappi’s corporate reputation.
- Lead community meetings and forums, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are informed about company activities, including recruitment, social impact programs, and procurement processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams internally (communications, operations, marketing) to promote government and community initiatives through various communication channels.

- Manage and maintain a stakeholder database, including information on issues, relationships, and stakeholder sentiment.
- Prepare and contribute to monthly reports on community engagement and government relations initiatives.

What are we looking for?
- NQF6 qualification (National Diploma/Degree) in Public Relations, Communications, Government Affairs, or a related field.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in community relations or government affairs.
- Experience in managing and analysing stakeholder data.

As a Supply Chain Data Analyst, you will be responsible to :
- Collect and analyse supply chain data from shipping , planning and operational and external service provider teams

- Support the supply chain export internal units in the development and implementation of consolidated reporting and information for the weekly sales and operations meetings

- Design and propose solutions to optimize export processes, considering factors such as cost, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions , reporting this detail formally to senior supply chain manager
- Research and analyse carrier activity, global shipping trends and customer needs in this role for record and market reporting reasons
- Develop cost-benefit analyses to inform decision-making on export initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends in export management and business analysis to stay up-to-date on best practices.
- Develop forecasts and projections related to export performance based on data analysis and market insights.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Mathematics, Finance, Logistics, Business Analytics or another related field
- Experience as a supply chain analyst, logistics coordinator , exports or other similar roles gained through internships is more desirable
- Minimum of 3 and up to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-pressure environment
- Proficient in MS Office (Microsoft excel advanced)
