Intern: Planner (RFO)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Relevant diploma or degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, IT or related field
  • A Keen interest in pursuing a career as a Retail Planner

  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in risk assessments and documentation.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking a Sales Assoicate with a minimum of 1-year experience must be a high energy and confident team member, who will help create positive energy and excitement around our brand and products. If you have strong selling instinct and enjoy impressing Customers with your keen sense of style and creative eye, then this position is for you!

Responsibilities:  

·        Being an ambassador for our brand and offering amazing customer experience. 

·        Exceed customer expectations by identifying and providing them with the best possible solutions. 

·        Actively keeping track of sales performance against target. 

·        Selling a diverse product range and keeping up to date with the latest décor and fashion trends. 

·        Searching out opportunities for making new sales. 

·        Assist with replenishing of stock to ensure the store is ready for our customers at all times. 

Qualifications

·        Grade 12 (Matric) 

Experience

A minimum of 1 Year retail experience as sales Associate or Fashion Consultant.

  • Driving turnover to ensure the achievement of targets 
  • Controlling expenses 
  • Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard 
  • People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management 
  • Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards 
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers 

Qualifications & Exprience: 

  • A Matric certificate. 
  • Minimum 3 years retail experience with a minimum of 1 year store leadership experience.
