Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 plus Grade 12/NQF level 4;
- Administration Certificate would be an advantage;
- 6 – 12 months’ basic administration and cash register experience.
Primary Function:
Liaise with museum visitors and responsible for receiving cash, cheques and electronic
payments from museum visitors and issue receipts. Responsible for taking collections
and cash control. In addition, also supervise exhibitions, cash management and
reconciliation.

- Stock taking;
- Converting exhibition displays;
- Cash summaries;
- Visitor statistics;
- Cash collection and customer liaison;
- Transfer and prepare cash for banking;
- Administer/control payments;
- Book facilities.
