Salary: R35 000 per month
Location: Johannesburg (Hyde Park)
Our well-established client has this newly created position which they would like to fill asap. You will need to have a personal drive, excellent management skills, good values and will be reporting to the COO. You will also be required to manage a project with high level supervision as well as the ability to hold relationships/meetings with 3rd party suppliers.
Duties and responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Ability to collect and aggregate data from a number of sources
- Validating & processing the data then inputting the data into a repository which is actively managed
- Making various decisions (price, value etc.) on the data to decide on what data to share or train on
- Converting the data into internal and external training material
- Creating the training through a variety of platforms (Slack, custom built software and 3rd party software)
- Executing, monitoring and reporting back on the training
- Extracting feedback from the training to assess its success and adjusting where necessary
- Facilitate face to face training
- Ability to use (or be taught to use) 3rd party tools for design (e.g. Canva)
- Creation of social media designs and liaising with Social Media contractors to expose designs and training
- Social media interactions (e.g. FB page management & posting – SEO skills not necessary)
- Ability to adjust training and training material to work with any level of staff/agents (patience is required)
Minimum requirements:
- Matric/Tertiary qualification
- 3 – 5 years working experience in a similar position
- Training background
- Design skills advantageous
- Social media management exposure advantageous
