Job PurposeTo provide an integrated system administration support service to the ABM team on the Helpdesk
system and related duties.
This post reports to SENIOR ADMINISTRATION OFFICER (STKHD EN)
Key Responsibility Areas? Manage the Helpdesk System by ensuring that it is always well maintained and managed effectively and efficiently.
? Compile daily report indicating the statistics on calls and logged and calls closed.
? Generate reports on performance of mentees and administration staff as and when required
? Conduct Helpdesk training for all ABM staff member and assigned interns.
? Conduct workshops on Helpdesk systems and processes for Line Departments.
? Perform administrative duties by managing stock of all stationery and consumables and offering stock when necessary.
? Prepare requisitions and performas for maintenance requirements.

Preferred Requirements? Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) and a relevant Information Technology certificate.
? 3 years relevant experience
