Responsibilities
- Provide support and efficient provisioning of administrative services and functions to the unit
- Responsible for coordinating office administrative services and functions to ensure timeous and accurate service delivery
- Maintain a filing system for the mSCOA unit according to the National Archives and Records Services Act. 1996 of South Africa (Act No. 43 of 1996 as amended) to ensure both accessibility and adherence to legislation
- Adhere to specified standards, policies, and SOPs to prevent and reduce the wastage on financial resources and escalate the associated risk
- Adhere to the Batho Pele principles
Job Requirements
- Certificate in Public Administration / Management or relevant equivalent NQF Level 5 qualification
- Knowledge of project administration
- 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar environment
