As a Learner System Analyst, you will receive extensive training on:
 Conducting an in-depth analysis of existing computer systems, processes, and workflows.
 Identifying areas for improvement and recommending enhancements to increase efficiency.
 Working closely with stakeholders to understand their system needs and requirements.
 Documenting detailed business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
 Developing and executing test plans to validate the functionality and integrity of computer systems.
 Identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies through thorough testing and collaboration with IT teams.
 Providing training and support to end-users, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to use the systems.
 Continuously improving user documentation and providing clear instructions for system usage.
 Collaborating with IT and other relevant stakeholders to ensure systems are secure and complying with relevant regulations and policies.
 Staying updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to computer system security.

Minimum requirements:
 Grade 12 obtained with 60% for accounting and/or Information Technology.
 Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
 A relevant degree would be to your advantage.
