Job PurposeTo perform various administrative tasks associated with the undertaking of store/stock, clerical and
control functions. 
Key Responsibility AreasExecutes specific applications associated with controlling the receipt, storage and issue of
stock and non-stock items.
Performs administrative tasks/duties i.e. maintaining records of transactions, stock levels 
and related records and files.
Audits and enters inventory information on computer, maintains and monitors 
computerised records on purchase orders, items received, backorders prices and reconciled 
invoices.
Performs periodic physical inventory and participates in annual inventory.
Independently maintains a satellite warehouse or store facility under minimum supervision.
Operates a light truck to pick up and deliver parts and supplies, and performs routine
maintenance on assigned tools, equipment and vehicles.
Ensures the security of the Stores area and stock therein.

Job Purpose
To ensure that administrative functions related to fleet management for the Unit are carried out effectively according to all regulations.
Key Responsibility Areas
Perform administrative duties relating to vehicle utilisation by employees within the Unit.
Undertake inspection of hired vehicles for accident damages and liaise with panel beaters for repairs.
Ensure that insurance documents are up to date for all vehicles.
Provide monthly readings of fuel consumption and vehicle utilisation.
Identify any vehicle abuse and escalate to senior officials.
Calculate the availability of vehicles by category and advise how many vehicles are available.
Undertake the costing of vehicles both individually and by category and report on those vehicles that fall outside the norms.
