and counting of stock - Serving as a liaison point between the workshop and parts department
- Providing ad hoc assistance with terminal sales, making up bank deposits and
handling a petty cash box - Providing customer service, which may include setting up quotes, special orders,

mechanisation business
Minimum requirements:
- A Grade 12 certificate
- At least one to two (1-2) years of relevant experience
- Experience in parts in the agricultural industry would be an advantage

Purpose of the Position:
As an Administrative Officer in the Silo Services division, your role is fundamental in ensuring the smooth flow of administrative processes, contributing to the efficiency of our grain-related operations.
Key responsibilities:
Request management:
Reviewing and processing of all requests, checking stock availability and owner credit status.
Effective communication in cases where certificate issuance faces challenges, proposing viable solutions.
Issuance, signing, and recording of certificates
Document management:
Daily systemic filing of relevant documentation.
Managing requests for paper certificate cancellations, ensuring proper electronic cancellation and record-keeping.
Confirming and recording transfers, maintaining an organised register of cancelled certificates.
Electronic data handling:
Accurate input of information into the national electronic register.
Handling ESC requests for cancellation and transfer, ensuring timely updates to the national electronic database
Transfer procedures:
Processing folio transfers, verifying stock availability and confirming bill payment.
Communicating transfer details with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency.
Maintaining an organised filing system for pertinent documents related to transfers.
General administrative duties:

The incumbent will be responsible for the sales of spares in the mechanisation section.
Responsibilities will include:
Marketing, receiving and sales of spares
Stock control
Calculation of quotations

Delivering good quality customer service, which includes solving
problems and attending to queries.
Minimum requirements:
Grade 12 certificate
At least (3) three years’ relevant experience
Computer literate
Knowledge of New Holland parts will count towards recommendation.
Fully proficient in Afrikaans and English.

- Liaison with product managers and representatives
- Supervision of staff
- Part-time terminal sales
- Bank deposits, and handling of petty cash
- Related administrative tasks required in the successful operation of a retail
business - Delivering good quality customer service and related problem solving
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Grade 12 certificate
- At least two (2) years’ relevant experience

marking and inventory counting; - Customer service, which may include compiling quotes, special orders, handling
product enquiries, etc. - Other tasks such as operating the switchboard, part-time sales, bank deposits,
and handling of petty cash; - Administrative tasks that are normally required to operate a successful retail
business
Minimum requirements:
- The suitable candidate must be in possession of a Grade 12 certificate
- The candidate must have at least two to three (2-3) years’ relevant experience in
the industry. - The candidate must be fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
