MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To provide appropriate business information to SMMEs and aspiring entrepreneurs by determining requirements, answering inquiries, giving basic business development advice, referring clients to
relevant stakeholders and maintaining client information on the Seda national information Centre database

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

❖ Provide information and advisory services to Seda clients
❖ Participate in information dissemination at Seda’s promotional events
❖ Keep abreast of Seda services and offerings
❖ Provide relevant Seda stakeholders with client information from client/caller database
❖ Perform administrative activities relating Call Centre

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

❖ Matric (NQF Level 4) and Diploma (NQF Level 5/ 12 months Certificate) in Information Sciences/Business Management /Business Administrator/Marketing

REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE

❖ 3 – 4 years in enterprise development environment and customer service experience
Able to demonstrate:
❖ Excellent understanding and knowledge of small enterprise development sector
❖ Knowledge of Seda offerings and services will be an added advantage
❖ Knowledge and ability to capture data
❖ Knowledge and ability to retrieve electronic information
❖ Knowledge and ability to operate computer programmes (MS Word. Excel and PowerPoint)
