Duties :
- Implement procurement regulations, procuring of stock items according to procedure. Ensure purchase orders are created for all contracts such as security services etc. Monitor the sourcing of quotations from potential suppliers. Evaluation of quotations. Presenting of requests to the Quotation Adjudication committee for approval. Receive invoices from suppliers and transit. Check the invoices and the order to ensure that they correspond. Prepare payment documents and capture such payments into SAP. Prepare payment documents for sundry payments and submit to finance for processing. Keeping records of all payment made. Prepare monthly reports relating to supply chain. Monthly reconciliation of the creditors statement. Attend to all payment queries. Compile relevant reports relating to bids and RFQ’s. Supervise, manage, and evaluate subordinates’ performance.
