About the role

The Capitec Learning and Development department is looking for an experienced Learning Consultant. You will have the opportunity to establish, design and deliver/facilitate world class learning and development solutions. We are transforming our Learning solutions from a traditional role based and instructional learning approach to an academies & digital learnings approach.  We are looking for someone with experience and an innovation mindset to help us establish this strategic objective.

As a Learning Consultant at Capitec Bank, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Performance Analysis
  • Design Learning Academies
  • Facilitation
  • Design evaluation tools to measure impact of learning solutions
  • Stakeholder management – business and HR

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Psychology
  • 3 years proven experience in Learning Design and Facilitation
  • Proven experience of planning designing and delivering learning interventions.
  • Proven experience in the building and maintaining of client relationships. Working on cross – functional projects Proficient in Articulate storyline 3/360

About the role

Join our team at Capitec and play a pivotal role in shaping the wellbeing strategy for our Retail Bank division. As a specialist in wellbeing management, you will contribute your expertise towards the development of a comprehensive strategy aimed at fostering a positive work environment where employees can thrive. Your responsibilities will include conducting research, assessing employee health needs, and devising strategies to address them. By promoting healthy lifestyle choices and providing support and advice to employees, you will be a key driver of employee engagement and company performance. Collaboration with various teams, including the Centre of Excellence, is essential as we strive to create a culture of wellbeing across our organization. Join us in making a meaningful impact on the lives of our employees nationwide.

Our ideal candidate has

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organisational Psychology or relevant fields.
  • 3 to 5 years’ general experience in a wellbeing and/or HR role in a Financial Services / Retail
  • environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering high impact wellbeing strategies in

Retail or Financial services.
