Internship Overview:
- Data Intern: As a Data Intern, you will be working closely with our data team to analyze, clean, and interpret data, providing valuable insights to guide our business decisions. You’ll gain hands-on experience with data analytics tools, statistical analysis, and data visualization.

- Closing deals with leads for our platform Promobutler.be
- Generating new outbound qualified leads.

Partner Manager

- Refining our ideal partner profiles, and engage in market research to find additional partner types, including eCommerce platforms, retail technology providers, industry associations, and complementary SaaS companies.

Site Reliability Engineer
Take ownership by:
- Being responsible for ensuring that our infrastructure configurations and integrations are set according to our business needs
- Executing and optimizing processes related to infrastructure and tools used for collaboration, development as well as for our production service.
- Ensuring security implementations are in place, maintained, and documented according to our established standards (patch management, keeping the platform up to date, monitoring and adjusting configuration security).
- Supporting the team to keep the documentation of our infrastructure, architecture, and processes intact and improve them continuously.
- Deploying infrastructure components, applications, and upgrades in accordance with our release management process.
- Monitoring the platform’s health and performance proactively and follow up, mitigate and resolve incidents.

- You can demonstrate Linux server administration knowledge (Debian/Ubuntu preferred) and a background in internals
- You have experience working with a SaaS project before
- You have a solid understanding of core components (VPC, Security Groups, DNS, service discovery, etc.) of at least one IaaS (Infrastructure-as-a-Service) Platform (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- You have experience with IaaC (infrastructure-as-a-code) and serverless environments (Cloudformation, Terraform, AWS Lambda, or similar)
- You are experienced with IaaS managed components such as RDS, managed Elastic(Search), message queues

Operations Engineer
Take ownership by:
- You will be ensuring that our SaaS toolset configurations, integrations, and access privileges are set according to our business needs and conform with our ISO27001 policies
- You will execute and optimize processes related to infrastructure and tools used for collaboration, development as well as for our production service
- You will ensure that the processes and tasks you are executing are conforming with our security standards and practices
- You will support the work of other teams regarding IT-related questions, including but not limited to questions about our collaboration systems, our production infrastructure as well as our security (3rd line)
- You will support the team to keep the documentation of our infrastructure, architecture, and processes intact and improve them continuously
- You will maintain configuration guidelines, maintenance guides, internal handbook articles and other concerned documents
