Our client in the Information Technology industry is currently looking for a Recruitment Specialist, in Midrand, Johannesburg.  

Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations:
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment through communication and employee engagement initiatives. 
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution. 
  • HC Policy and Compliance:
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in line with current labour laws and industry best practices. 
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal requirements related to employment. 
  • Labour Relations:
  • Manage internal disciplinary processes in full.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and develop comprehensive documentation outlining the specifications of printed circuit boards (PCB), involving the entire process from schematic design to layout.
  • Execute the PCB design in accordance with the specifications outlined in the documentation.
  • Conduct thorough testing and commissioning of the PCB, ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards.
  • Additionally, design and validate electronic and electrical control systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Regulation Development and Legal Support:
  • Assist with regulation development and provide legal support services.
  • Review and vet proposals for the amendment of regulations and technical standards.
  • Draft regulations and technical standards.

Our client who is a prestigious restaurant group providing Spanish modern Kuwaiti food and South American cuisine is currently looking for Waiters/Waitresses to join their restaurant team in Kuwait.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking guest orders, communicating them effectively to the kitchen, and in addition.
  • Memorizing the menu and offering recommendations to upsell appetizers, desserts, or drinks.
  • Serving food and beverages in a professional manner with high levels of customer service.
