An opportunity to participate in a twelve (12) months Internship Training
program will be afforded to be a graduate in the following study field for
experiential training and to gain necessary experience to successfully enter
the job market.
Supply Chain or Procurement (National Diploma/National Higher Certificate or Degree)
Graduates with an excellent academic track record (60% average in
academic results) and good behavioral standards are invited to apply.

Location:
Ulco near Kimberley
Responsibilities:
- Conducting training needs analysis.
- Administering the flow of work in the SAP-HR Training and Event Module.
- Sourcing training providers as per company’s guidelines.
- Liaison with training providers to deliver on training plan for the year.
- Initiating Individual Development Plans (IDP’s) converting same into Training Master Plan (TMP) and
ensuring adherence to the training plan. - Responsible for WSP/ATR, B-BBEE and other statutory reporting.
- Maintaining and updating training data on SAP – HR.
- Administrating and coordinating development programmes as per the Training Master.
- Administrating and coordinating the employee study assistance, portable skills and learnership
programs. - All logistical arrangements regarding training.
- Monitoring and Reporting on Training’s Return on Investment (ROI).
Experience and Qualifications:
- Grade 12 plus a Certificate Programme in Human Resources or a National Diploma in Human
Resources. - At least two (2) years’ experience in learning and development environment.
- Knowledge and understanding of Education Training and Qualifications Authority including Sector
Education Training Authority processes. - Understanding of the Skills Development Act.
- Valid code B drivers’ license.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Computer literate in Ms Word Package and SAP.
- Excellent administration skills, good planning and organising skills, detail orientated and results driven
