Control and manage the Housing motor vehicle fleet. Analysis of telephone printouts and advise relevant Managers where necessary. Checking and approving payments of service orders and purchase orders. Ensure that all Housing assets, i.e. furniture and vehicles are insured. Arrange the processing of insurance claims and payment of claims. Attend to ad hoc projects, investigate alternatives, and provide recommendations to management. |
