Content Creator
Our successful Content Creator …
Will develop and maintain a high standard of content, have an eye for detail that is distributed on all Digital Channels and have a solid understanding of print processing and execution. Content Creators are to produce content (Static, Video, Motion Graphics / Animation etc.), in line with the various brand CI’s and support properties where no content designers are available. The successful candidate must have an eye for detail and have the ability to work well under pressure whilst possessing great time management skills.
Content Creators will mainly focus on:
- Design of branded content and advertising, bringing the brief and concept to life from start to finish,
based on the business needs and vision - Translating static creative to high quality animation and motion graphics
- Implementing feedback revision and creating final designs for printing including formatting, resizing,
and adjusting images as required. - Ensuring that copy, layout, and dimensions of all creative are print-ready and are in strict accordance
with brand pantones and colours. - Working with vendors ensuring strict colour quality and consistency during the printing process.
- Roll out POS, OOH, social media assets, videos, GIFs, MEMEs, and any other content required by the
business, different event and campaign collateral to brand standards, best practices and brief
guidelines - Ensuring the Design process and outcome reflects and follows Group or Property CI, guidelines,
Gaming Regulations, social media guidelines and regulations, promotional rules, Consumer
Protection Act, and any other governing guidelines and regulations - Campaign management with the inclusion of content creation which is not limited to:
o Group campaigns & Special Days
o Group Social Media Creative (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Web,
Google Advertising) - Working closely with the Digital Brand Manager and other Content Creators
- Working with external Properties to extend concepts and visuals to other internal and external
marketing-related material - Have the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment, ensuring
strict deadlines are met at all times.
If you have these qualifications, join our team: Matric (NQF 4), good verbal and written skills in English,
numeracy skills (all NQF 4); at least four years’ experience in a similar role. Familiarity with design software and technologies such as MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat. Extensive animation skills in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro would be preferred.
