Requirements
- Senior Certificate or equivalent, NQF Level 4 Certificate
- Minimum one-year working experience in student placement, recruitment, marketing, public relations or project management
- Knowledge of TVET sector and Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETA’s)
- Negotiation skills and relationship-building
- Good administrative and organizational skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Computer Literacy skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Teamwork and facilitation skills
Responsibilities
- Marketing of Workplace-Based Learning opportunities (Networking with external stakeholders to establish partnerships)
- Workplace-Based Learning (WPBL) Administration
- Facilitation of work readiness sessions
- Placement of academically successful students within suitable host companies, as per the strategic placement target
Recommendations
- Post-matric qualification in Human Resource Management, Marketing Management or Public Relations
- Knowledge and understanding of the TVET sector
- Previous working experience relevant to student placement and project coordination
- Multilingualism will be an advantage

Requirements
1. Appropriate National Diploma (NQF 6) in Labour Relations, Employment Relations and Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification
2. 3-5 years’ experience in Labour Relation /Human Resource Management or related field
3. Advanced experience in interpretation, development and implementation of policies
4. Knowledge of Labour Relations Act, Public Services legislations and policies related to Human Resource Management
5. Sound Knowledge of Labour Relations statutes

Responsibilities
1. Maintain sound Labour Relations
• Render advice on Labour related matters
• Develop and implement human resource policies and manuals
2. Ensure proper implementation of disciplinary procedures, grievance procedures and code of conduct
3. Conduct investigations and disciplinary hearings
4. Management of Strike Action
• Minimize Labour disputes
5. Facilitate and conduct labour relations training and workshops
6. Ensure proper implementation of the collective bargaining council resolutions
7. Management of all Human, Financial and other resources of the unit

1. Receiving telephone calls, guests and incoming mail on behalf of Campus Manager
2. Setup, maintain and update filing system of Campus Manager
3. Diary management and scheduling of appointments of Campus Manager
4. Exercise accuracy and precision when typing documentation
5. Records minutes of meetings of the manager
6. Arrange, book and prepare venues for meetings, invite role-players, organise refreshments and set up schedules for meetings and events
7. Attend to queries promptly
8. Perform general administrative and financial tasks including typing, email, administration and claims submissions.
9. Assist Campus Manager with Academic and examination tasks
10. Order, distribute and stock control of standard items like stationery, refreshments etc
