Purpose of the job

  • To ensure the safe and timely collection and delivery of the company’s product portfolio to customers and distributors in accordance with prescribed procedures and the customer service procedures. The Driver will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all customers whilst operating company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner for the purpose of executing customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate company vehicles to do collections and make deliveries to customers and distributors.
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring that all products are safely and securely transported.

The Analyst is responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data. The role involves working with various data sources, creating reports, and visualizing data to uncover trends and insights.

Responsibilities:

Report Generation and Management:

  • Run and manage reports from SAP and Tableau, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
  • Utilize SAP BIP to create and distribute reports that meet business requirements.

Data Consolidation:

  • Create consolidated Excel reports by aggregating data from various sources, including SAP and Tableau.
  • Use advanced Excel features such as Power Query and Pivot Tables to manipulate and analyze data effectively.

Data Analysis:

  • Analyze numerical data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and ensure that reports are tailored to meet those needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in data analytics are a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role. 
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel Skills:
    • Proficiency in using Power Query for data extraction and transformation.
    • Expertise in creating and managing Pivot Tables for data summarization and analysis.
  • Numerical Abilities:
    • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
    • Ability to perform advanced calculations.
  • Experience with Reporting Tools:
    • Familiarity with SAP, Tableau, and SAP BIP, including their reporting functionalities and features.
    • Understanding of data visualization principles to effectively present data insights.
