Requirements
- A relevant professional ICT qualification
- Applicants with higher tertiary qualifications (e.g. B degree)
will be given preference over a National Diploma - ITIL Foundation certification
- 2 years’ experience in IT Change Management
- Experience in working with an ITSM tool & Reporting
- Computer Proficiency – MS Office Packages, SAP
Key Performance Areas
- Provide comprehensive IT Change Management
administrative support within the IT Change Management
team - Ensure effective IT Change Management Communication
to various IT stakeholders - Coordinate and maintain the seamless operation and
continuous improvement of the IT Change Management
System - Assist in developing and promoting robust policies,
procedures, and standards to govern the IT change
management process, ensuring consistency, compliance,
and efficiency - Ensure accurate and timely reporting on IT Change
Management activities
