The key purpose of this role is to coordinate the full Beyond Co., Insights & Innovation (BII) business cycle initiatives for the Africa Zone across departments and countries (PMO role), including KPI/budget reporting and interactions with Zone/Global.
The role will also be responsible for leading strategic Zone projects and the marketing strategy cycle (i.e. development of 3 Year Plan and & 1 Year plan) across the Africa Zone.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading the operational aspects of portfolio expansion Greater Africa working with the finance, supply & logistics departments (e.g. local brewing projects, import/export projects, new SKUs development, import/export, stock, reporting) & partner with the BU SA PPM & Operations Manager for the Africa Zone.
Key roles and responsibilities:
Planning & performance
- Partner with the Insights & Commercial Strategy Director to develop the Zone 10YP refresh, 3YP refresh & 1 YP Plan for the Zone and countries
- Co-ordinate the Africa Marketing 1YP Planning Cycle; development of Brand & Channel plans for the Commercial teams
- Manages Beyond Beer Greater Africa performance tracking systems and reporting thereof.
- Support on the analysis, development, implementation and tracking of POS Growth Initiatives, challenging the business on a constant basis to improve its performance
- Leads the updates into the local country/BU leadership team, to Zone ManCom and to Global Core Beer & Beyond Co.
- Develop the content for monthly Beyond Beer & Strategic Insights meetings, while supporting the Innovation PPM with management internally and externally
- Is the Beyond Beer “Ambassador” of the Zone & GHQ and connect local team with Zone or Global people when needed
Strategic Projects & Operations
- Lead key projects for the Zone (e.g. developing a strategy for segments, developing a new SKU or a new brand, launching in a new country)
- Responsible for conducting key projects when needed (e.g. Off-trade step-up plan, Commercial Toolkit roll-out)
- Lead the operational aspects of portfolio expansion Greater Africa working with the finance, supply & logistics departments (e.g. local brewing projects, import/export projects, new SKUs development, import/export, stock, reporting) & partner with the BU SA PPM & Operations Manager for the Africa Zone.

Minimum Requirements:
- Degree level qualification or equivalent
- 3 years+ relevant experience of best practice Project Management in a FMCG environment

The key purpose of this role is to drive the development and implementation of Business Intelligence products that transform our Africa business at ABInBev. As the Procurement Transformation & Analytics Manager, you will lead full-stack development, from data gathering and ETL implementation to modeling and production, empowering our Procurement & Sustainability initiatives through data and analytics. By engaging with internal stakeholders, you will influence how data shapes our supply chain services while managing and growing our internal teams and technologies. Your expertise in IT systems related to Procurement, Sustainability, and the Alco-Bev industry will be crucial in guiding colleagues on leveraging data to enhance our business success and achieve our strategic goals.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ownership of the full data landscape. Lead the data and reporting analytics for. Develop, maintain and define critical reports in PowerBI
- Train and develop teams on the effective use of data and analytics reporting and other tools (e.g. Webapps, PowerBI, PowerApps, PowerAutomate)
- Manage the data life cycle for all Procurement and Sustainability information
- Lead the transformation of the Data Sources / Lake
- Stakeholder engagements to define data and analytics landscape
- Project / Engagement Leadership
- Design and Build processes Lead and manage large scale transformation projects and strategic transformations
- Analyze data and provide recommendations to business on initiatives and changes
- Lead the innovation and change of procurement and sustainability using technology Collaborate with external and internal business stakeholders to deliver our dream
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years working in a similar role, experience in Procurement, Supply, logistics is advantageous
- Relevant University Degree in Mathematics, Computer Systems, IT, Engineering or equivalent Knowledge of Data & Reporting tools (PowerBI, Power Query, SQL, Azure, SAP,S4Hana, Syspro, BrewDat) is required
- Experience in Data and Analytics, AI is advantageous Knowledge of ERP Systems –SAP, Syspro, SAP S/4HANA is required Be proficient in Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint Experience in writing SQL queries, developing procedures, functions, etc. within the SQL environment.
- Previously developed business intelligence visualization products specifically PowerBI solutions
