The Key Purpose of this role is to to Develop and execute differentiated experiences that surprise consumers and build brands.
Key roles and responsibilities:
- Brief, activity plan, production, execution, evaluation of major flagship events & brand experiences.
- Execute events strategy, national events plan and develop/manage regional calendars.
- Manage relationships with multiple agency and internal stakeholders pertaining event negotiation, planning and execution.
- Manage regional experiential events budget and negotiate sponsorship deals pertaining regional event properties at local level
- Support and ensure brands/regions in best-in-class execution on other.
- Ensure consistent execution of regional assets across Africa.
- Execute event & brand experience activation toolkits (by type, by size) and lead the communication and training of same.
- Owns ticketing & Hospitality fulfilment.
- Manage event & experiential agency / partner / supplier model and grid; manage relationships and develop specialized BTL agencies
- Budget Management
- Establish ROI criteria and measure for all events/experiences (Brand teams accountable to manage/monitor/adhere).
- Build capabilities across Africa (connections, brand, markets, agencies) and transfer best practices and learnings across countries.
- Trends & opportunities, competitive monitoring.
- Subject matter specialists (SME) in:-Experiential execution – Festivals, Stadia -Ticketing & Hospitality.
Key attributes and Competencies:
- Verbal ability and communication skills
- Persuasiveness and selling ability
- Sound interpersonal skills, creativity and ability to mix with other people
- Experience in handling On Premise Key Accounts
- Experience in handling very demanding customers
- Experience in a high profile / LSM consumer base
- Broad knowledge of a Premium Co. market
- Execution experience in a Premium Co. market
- Strong Internal Stakeholder relationships
- Draught handling / execution experience
- Key Internal Project management ie Spiritual Homes, Draught Training Experience etc
Minimum requirements:
- Sales and Marketing related degree
- 2 years experience in Formal On Premise Market
- Valid unendorsed Code 8 drivers license

The key purpose provide an efficient and quality Administrative Support Service to Regional Office Marketing and Corporate Affairs
Key roles and responsibilities:
Compose and prepare correspondences, reports and memorandums,
Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff and business associates.
Maintain good filing systems for smooth data retrieving.
Arrange meetings/conferences and other related tasks.
Budget targets met and preparation of Monthly Management reports
