Purpose of the Job:
Responsible for support in the Finance area. This support entails business analysis, development, testing, troubleshooting and other ad-hoc tasks as required by the Application Manager. Primarily: Conduct system administration, and provide system support to business users to eliminate key man dependency and manage all testing and administration on the system.. To develop, produce and test the source code for new or modified software components, modules or programs. To aid the other team members of the team with tasks and in the meeting of team requirements and duties. This person is required to be a team player, show commitment and operate in a professional manner when dealing with the customer and other team members.

Education

Matric – Essential
IT Diploma or studying towards – Advantageous
Experience

Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT exposure

Experience with Financial System troubleshooting
High level working knowledge of computer networking, software installation and administration; IT Operational experience is advantageous

Purpose of the Job:
To provide clear guidelines, processes and procedures for the facilitation of detailed planning, implementation, control, review and governance of service provision, delivery and management to meet business requirements and agreed levels of service. Guidance on negotiation, implementation and monitoring of agreed external Service Level Agreements and internal Operational Level Agreements and the ongoing management to meet business expectation. Central and consolidated reporting of the Service Level measures and matrices. Continuously seek and proactively improve service delivery and sustainability targets. To develop and own the Group Information Technology Library (ITIL) service management framework and service desk set up with the aim of lifting the Capability Maturity Measurement Index, (CMMI) maturity of the Service Delivery department to level 4 as directed by the Head of Service Management and CIO.        Responsibility: Delivery Service Management and Reporting

Manage end-to-end ownership, to ensure that all technology requirements are met for day-to-day systems use, performance and maintenance, enhancements and change projects with adequate service level agreements in place
