Qualification:
Master’s Degree in relevent field
Experience:
Previous experience in Academia, programme reviews, accreditation processes, or quality assurance in higher education
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft 360 (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with accreditation standards and higher education policies

Job description
Core Purpose
The main purpose of the Stock Controller is to ensure administrative controls relating to all stock received at MANCOSA.
Core Function
- Report on all stock related issues
- Compile close to expiry date report
- Monitor and verify all stock related transactions
- Perform stock counts as per indication
- Coordinate all stock movements (receiving, dispatching and stock on hand)
- Adhere to stock functions in accordance with the policy
- Assist with quarterly financial stock counts
- Perform administrative functions
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks/requests
Minimum requirements
Qualifications
- Matric or equivalent
- Tertiary qualification in Logistics and Supply Chain – advantageous
Experience and Skills
- Microsoft Word (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Time Management
- Min 2 years in working with stock Control
- Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
