Job Objectives
To manage all cash related activities within the branch.
To manage the credit control function of the branch.
To manage payments and credit documentation
To ensure a neat, tidy and compliant payment work area
Doing follow-ups on insurance requests Printing and authorising contracts for customers
Checking completeness and quality of contracts and supporting documentation
Submitting Credit Agreement documentation for final approval Following-up on contract approvals
Checking TV license approvals
Handling customer queries and complaints regarding credit issues
Training of new sales people in National Credit Act requirements and contract documentation completion.
Training of Admin clerks
Quality checking of Admin clerk outputs Assisting with money drops in safe.
Qualifications
National Senior Certificate
Desirable
•Admin and Sales Management training
•Trainee Manager Training
•Cost control diploma

Experience

Managing successful teams of Sales Representatives – 3 years minimum
Knowledge and Skills
Retail systems and reports
Computer literacy
Understanding of how stock systems work
Interested in household appliances and furniture
