KEY DELIVERABLES
- Capacitation and assisting applicants on new on-line registration process (both self-service and walk in clients)
- Assisting applicants in the interpretation of the systems error codes and advise how to resolve it. (Both self-service and walk-in clients)
- Assisting applicants with the application for funding process.
- Resolving systems queries on both registration, application for funding and post-funding process.
- Research support and documentation
- Reporting on all types of customer services and escalation through recommendations on unresolved
matters. - Conducting of Education and Awareness Programmes
