Responsibilities and Duties 

  • Manage and renew insurance policies for existing clients, ensuring continued satisfaction and coverage
  • Review and assess renewal applications, ensuring that all information is accurate and up to date
  • Provide expert underwriting advice and support to clients, guiding them through the renewal process
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient policy administration and resolution of queries
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of renewals and underwriting decisions
