Minimum Requirements
Matric/Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
PSIRA Grade A/B registered.
Valid Driver’s License with own reliable transport is required.
At least 3-5 years’ within the Mining Security Sector.
Working knowledge of the Firearm Act and Firearm competency for Business Purposes.
Health and Safety experience.
Staff management experience is required.
Computer literacy with expert knowledge of the complete Microsoft package.
Sound planning, administration, interpersonal communication, and client liaison skills are required.
Developing of policies/procedures and SOP’s.
Strong leadership and organisational skills as well as good interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
Great understanding of Security Management statutory requirements and dynamics.
No criminal record or any pending cases.
Medically Fit.

Duties & Responsibilities
Maintaining good relations between the Client(s) with regards to security services rendered.
Managing allocated areas to ensure that contractual requirements are met as stipulated by the Client (s).
Ensuring that all Security Officers on site meet the contractual requirements as stipulated by the Client(s).
Constantly evaluating the service levels provided and making recommendations to the Client(s) regarding the improvement of security services – Risk Assessments.
General management and supervision of security staff to ensure that the required performance levels are always met.
Liaising daily with management on various operational issues
Liaising daily with Regional Management on various Operational matters.
Ensuring that all HR related queries are dealt with promptly, formulate disciplinary actions – where applicable.
Ensuring the timeous submission of reports to both client(s) and Head Office as required.
Submitting relevant weekly / monthly incident and general reports to Management.
Investigating incidents and reporting on such.
Pro-active planning on various sites and clients.

Duties & Responsibilities
To maintain a sales pipeline of opportunities at all times in CRM to ensure updated forecasts as input to CAPEX planning and to ensure that sales targets are achieved.

To formulate an acquisition plan for identified target accounts to achieve profitable sales targets.

To understand the various target markets, competitor activity, customer trends in order to feedback insights to allow Servest to improve divisional and Group value propositions.

To prepare proposal based on in-depth understanding of customer’s needs and best fit solution available from Servest.

To lead contract discussions within SLA, legislative requirements and approvals framework and ensure contract is concluded before implementation of services.

To ensure that all required documents and contract administration is completed and signed off and all activity is recorded or loaded in Servest CRM system to improve monitoring and manage risk.

To handover new business to the designated department after customer acceptance of Servest offer to ensure customer service levels are maintained throughout the implementation of services.

To drive cross sell opportunities within new customers to increase share of wallet for Servest.

To support NBDEs on tenders and national accounts to increase conversion rates for Servest e.g surveys, customer interactions, planning
