Diploma/Degree in Business Management or related
Minimum 3 years membership administration and reconciliation experience
Work Experience
The Quality Controller is responsible for performing quality control on all administrative updates and staying in touch with operational requirements. Additionally, they manage a financial profile and provide ad-hoc assistance to ensure the optimal functioning of the department.

Diploma in an accredited oral hygienist programme
Active registration with HPCSA as an Oral Hygienist Minimum 2 years out-of-hospital experience in a Dental Administrative position with proven exposure in dental coding. Work Experience
To improve overall operational efficiency and ensure an optimal member experience by assisting with out-of-hospital dental authorisations, enquiries and feedback.
