Africa’s framework for bilateral air transport agreements. Promote and
coordinate the planning and development of an integrated aviation
infrastructure. Ensure the provision of aviation economic analysis, regulation
and strategies for industry development. Put in place strategies to manage the
development of the aviation industry and freight logistics. Regulate and direct
aviation industry promotion and capacity development. Provide economic
