- Translate concepts and ideas into visually appealing designs that align with the brand’s aesthetics and target audience.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer creative input to enhance visual storytelling.
- Stay updated with design trends, techniques, and tools to continually improve design quality and creativity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators and marketing, to ensure a cohesive visual representation across various platforms.
- Adapt and modify existing designs for different formats and platforms while maintaining the essence of the original concept.
- Support in the creation of digital and print materials, such as presentations, posters, and brochures.
- Maintain organized design files and assets for easy accessibility and future reference.
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for Kasi culture, integrating relevant cultural references and nuances into designs.
Requirements:
- A relevant qualification in graphic design or a related field.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, illustrating creativity, attention to detail, and an understanding of design principles.
- Understanding of Kasi culture trends and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and convey design concepts.
- Ability to work under guidance and accept constructive feedback to improve design skills.

The Business Development/Account Manager role at Westech entails building and growing the client base by proactively engaging with clients to ensure superior service and added value. Responsibilities include strengthening client relationships for long-term partnerships, collaborating with the technical team to provide expert support and advice, and driving awareness initiatives across products, services, and technology trends to enhance customer capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
- Generate and act on client leads, conduct audits, generate SLA agreements, and present proposals
- Convert leads into sales, ensuring appropriate SLAs are in place
- Conduct client audits for quotations, SLA renewal, and IT recommendations
- Maintain client relationships post-sales
- Develop and implement proactive engagement strategies to foster client relationships
- Anticipate client needs and support IT infrastructure development
- Coordinate technical team response for key account customers
- Generate and present sales reports and critical business information to clients
- Research and monitor the market and competitive landscape
