Warehouse Assistant

Exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Assistant – CTM Tokai

Warehouse Assistant – CTM Tokai has a position available for a Warehouse Assistant.

This position is open to anyone with a proven track record and commitment to excellent customer service.

Role Requirements:
•The Warehouse Assistant will be based in the Dispatch department and be required to work as part of the dispatch team to assist in serving clients collecting their purchases.
•Responsible for ensuring that every scheduled delivery is checked according to customers order and that it is correct.
•Ensure that housekeeping standards are maintained daily.
•The Warehouse Assistant will participate and be responsible for the annual stock counts.
•Responsible for receiving and packing of stock at designated areas.
•Receiving and checking of credits received from customers.

Minimum Requirements:
•Ability to meet goals consistently with superior housekeeping skills
•The ability to work in both a team environment and individually
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•SAP and Microsoft Office
•Sound Financial and Mathematical skills
•Excellent interpersonal skills
•The minimum educational requirement is Matric
•Ability to multitask and meet deadlines for dispatch tasks

Warehouse Manager

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize our warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in inventory control, logistics, and team management, who is eager to grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
•Warehouse Operations: Ensure smooth daily operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching stock efficiently.
•Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, conduct regular stock counts, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
•Team Leadership: Motivate, train, and manage warehouse staff to maintain high performance and teamwork.
•Compliance & Safety: Enforce adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies.
•Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
•Stock Accuracy: Minimize discrepancies by ensuring proper stock handling, system updates, and loss prevention measures.

Requirements:
•Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Afrikaans is preferred.
•Management Experience: Strong background in retail and people management.
•Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
•Growth Mindset: A desire to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility within the company.
•Business & Sales Skills: Solid business acumen with a proven ability to drive sales.
•Flexibility: Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays

Digital Intern

The Italtile group is passionate about E-Commerce. We started selling online in 2012, and our
objective is to continue to grow our online and omnichannel sales. An exciting opportunity exists for
a digital intern at CTM Online.

We are looking for a passionate, determined individual with a keen attention to detail. The
successful candidate will assist with Website marketing and content. You will also help with product
display merchandising and online advertising for CTM Online.

Day-to-day duties include:
 Product enrichment
 Product Marketing
 Editing and enhancing product images and content in Photoshop

Requirements:
 A hard worker who is passionate about growing sales and the customer shopping experience
 Take ownership and be innovative and committed
 Matric certificate and certificate/degree in graphic design, marketing, advertising or similar
