We are seeking a Marketing Manager: Social Media to develop, execute, and manage innovative social media strategies across multiple platforms. The role aims to enhance OM Personal Finance’s brand awareness, consideration, audience engagement, and customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, plan, and implement social media campaigns to boost brand awareness, audience engagement, consideration, acquisition, and retention.
  • Develop and curate compelling and effective content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, targeting both end consumers and industry professionals.
  • Manage the social media accounts of PF executives and distribution channels including post scheduling, message monitoring, and community management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and deliver creative, platform-specific campaigns.

  • Proofread and edit social media content for accuracy, grammar, and brand alignment.
  • Support multimedia needs by assisting with video editing and photography.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms, preferably within the financial services industry.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Remuneration and Commission Existing Model Knowledge

Ability to understand existing Remuneration and Commission Models and articulate it when necessary.

Requirements Review

Align with Lead Test Analyst to validate Remuneration Model knowledge and to include them in the relevant project discussions when required.

Act as Lead UAT Tester when multiple UAT Testers are assigned to one project coordinating Testing activities across the project test team.

Provide first contact customer support through the available channels in the Bank’s 24/7 Contact Center

1. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

This role is accountable for facilitating and implementing the talent management strategy, systems, practices and governance. Within a global framework for talent management, you will maximize human capital engagement to ensure they have the necessary templates, tools, guidance and materials to support the talent management practice for the organization.

Support the Human Capital community to ensure consistent and efficient execution of the talent management processes. Analyse relevant data, formulate views and opinions, and makes recommendations to enable decision-making on. Key Performance Areas

  • Generate insights from talent analytics to inform policy and implementation decisions, measure ROI and effectiveness of talent programmes.
  • Provide the necessary tools, reporting and analytics in partnership with People Data Analytics (PDA) or within practice.

Key skills that would support you in fulfilling this role include:

  • Minimum of 5 years People management technologies (Workday or similar) and people data analytics
