ASSISTANT MANAGER: MONITORING AND EVALUATION
SALARY BAND 4-4B: R650 532.00 – R825 828.00 P.A. EXCLUDING BENEFITS

Requirements: • A relevant 3-year tertiary qualification / Bachelor’s Degree or
B. Tech preferably with specialisation in Public Administration or Performance
Management/ Monitoring and Evaluation • Computer literacy: MS Office • 5-8 years’
relevant experience required.
Attributes: • Organisational Awareness/Political impact • Information Measuring and
Monitoring • Planning and Organising • Monitoring and reporting.
Key performance areas: • Project Management • Developing and Revision of
policies • Programs and/or Project Monitoring • Data Analysis • Proper document
and information control • Ensure adherence to corporate governance within the
section • Leadership, controlling and organising • Performance Management of the
Section • Human Resource Management • Compliance with Legal Regulatory and
statutory framework and process • Financial management • Continuous improvement
in delivery services to the community.
