Description
Purpose of the Job:
To provide essential administrative support to the Human Resources Department, ensuring the efficient execution of Human Capital strategies. The person appointed will report to the Departmental Head: Human Resources.

The candidate must demonstrate the following skills: knowledge of Human Resource practices and policies, ability to engage with employees at various levels within the organisation, attention to detail, analytical skills, excellent customer service skills, effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to solve problems, design and execute projects, ability to maintain high level of confidentiality, strong interpersonal/human relations skills, ability to work independently as well as part of a team, ability to operate a personal computer, proficient in the use of the MS Office suite.

Requirements:
Matric certificate plus 1 to 3 years’ experience in the Human Resources field. A certificate or diploma in Human Resources (HR) administration will be an added advantage.
