Responsibilities

1. Assist in management of Service Desk and Desktop support functions services
2. Install, maintain, support telephone system and networks
3. Provide technical support for the configuration, installation, repair and replacement of computers, printers and telephones
4. Provide support for data migration during computer setup
5. Rendering of IT information management services: Plan, develop and improve computer-based information systems
6. Gather and analyses uses issues in ICT and provide solutions
7. Provide assistance with ICT related project activities

Requirements

Responsibilities

1. Receiving telephone calls, guests, and incoming mail on behalf of the Deputy Principal
2. Answering routine queries and referring other queries to relevant persons
3. Setup, maintain, and update the Deputy Principal’s filling system
4. Diary management of the Deputy Principal and scheduling appointments on behalf of the Deputy Principal
