In this Field Sales Executive position

Role Context

Job Purpose

• Execute health, safety, quality and environment plans and processes to provide employees a safe and healthy work environment

• Implement health and safety frameworks and standards, ensuring compliance and adherence to internal and external safety standards, quality standards and relevant regulations

• Recognize and mitigate potential workplace hazards, unsafe equipment, work practices and working conditions within the workplace and external environments

• Provide general safety information and awareness training to location workforce.

Role Outline

To carry out duties to agreed level of performance and contribute to the continuous improvement of administration processes. To ensure that all risks are identified and assessed by using recognized, formal and structured processes. Clerk: Warehouse

Role Outline

To provide effective and efficient administrative support to Operations. Ensuring all records are aligned and accurate and documentation are kept on record. The role of a Warehouse Clerk is to work in conjunction with the manager – to provide an accurate checking process as detailed in the appropriate SOP. Service delivery – on time – accurately. Ensure customer service is the highest standard and that losses to the company are kept to a minimum. To maintain the integrity of the company at all times.

• Manage Human Resource through management team, ensure appropriate levels of Human resources to meet business needs, performance issues, training and development, employee productivity and recruitment and retention of staff.

• Ensure team ensure compliance with statutory and company policies on:

o Health and Safety

o Employment Equity

o Labour relations

o Legislative

o Industrial issues

o Including regular monitoring to ensure these areas are maintained at a high level of compliance.

• Ensure daily or weekly workload planning and volume forecasting routines are accomplished

Qualifications & Experience

• Matric

• 5-6 Years Supervisory experience

• Relevant Degree or Qualification

• Computer literacy

• Communication skills

• Ability to count accurately and to perform simple math

• Ability to work within a rapidly changing environment

• Deadline driven

• Good written and communication skills

• 6-8 years Logistics/Warehousing experience

• Enforcement of Health & Safety procedures and identify hazards

• Achieve work targets and is willing to take on additional roles/responsibilities

• Ability to work under pressure
