The Receptionist Dental Assistant has exceptional interpersonal
communication skills and is the often the first point of contact to the

queries with various stakeholders.

As a receptionist, you are required to be Brand Ambassador by providing
the best and safest person-centred quality customer services aligned to the
overall business strategy, which is inclusive of administrative, switchboard,
billing and pay point responsibilities.

Inherent Requirements
Matric or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification
You must be registered with the Health Professions Council of South
African (HPCSA) as a Dental Assistant.
2 -3 years dental experience in a clinic environment

Role Summary

Inherent Requirements
 National Trade Certification and a minimum theoretical
qualification of N2 in Plumbing, Carpentry or Building.
 Grade 12 / Matric.
 Three years post qualification experience in a plumbing,
carpentry, building or facility environment.
 Familiar with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and the
National building regulations (SAN 0400) regulations.
 Good verbal and written skills.

Mechanical Artisan

Role Summary
The Mechanical Artisan is responsible for all mechanical related systems
of the facility including maintenance of air conditioning systems and the
repair, maintenance and installation of mechanical machinery and
equipment. Maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment, Cost
effectiveness, reporting of plant and equipment functionality and monitor
quality control of contractors.

Inherent Requirements
 Grade 12 / Matric is essential
 N5 in Mechanical Engineering
 Mechanical / Refrigeration Trade Test at NQF Level 4
 Served a recognised apprenticeship programme
 3 – 5 years’ experience in working on air-conditioning, air
compressors, autoclaves and medical gas systems.
 Computer Literacy is advantageous
 The ability to work well under pressure and to maintain
effectiveness during changing conditions
 Familiar with the Occupational Health and Safety Act
regulations relating to machinery and building regulations.

Role Summary

allocated stock controller.

 Order and receive stock / Assist in the preparation of internal and external audits.
 Do daily FAD rounds and report to UM

 Administrative duties including answering phones, making copies and filling.

Inherent Requirements
 Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level
 Business Administration and / or Secretarial Qualification.

• 2-3 years’ experience in administration position.
• Computer literate.
• Knowledge of SAP IS-H is advantageous.

   NQF level 5.
2. Electrical / Mechanical Artisan – Electrical / Mechanical Trade
   Test at NQF 4.

• Electrician with wireman’s license.
• Three years’ experience in a similar role
• Computer literate in MS Office
• Occupational Health and Safety Act’s regulations relating to
  machinery.
• Knowledge of the R158 building regulations, specifically with
  regards to hospitals, theatres and industrial kitchens
