Monitoring expenses related to labor, ingredients, and supplies, and implementing cost-saving measures where possible to maximise profitability.
Training and Development
Providing ongoing training and development opportunities for HMR staff to enhance their culinary skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities.
Collaboration
Working closely with other departments, such as purchasing, marketing, and store management, to coordinate activities and achieve overall store objectives.
