Requirements
- Matric or equivalent
- Minimum 1- 2 years’ working experience in a TVET environment
- Knowledge of Occupational & Vocational Training
- Knowledge of Coltech
- Experience in Moodle and applications related to Moodle
- Content creation experience (Moodle)
- Advanced Computer Literacy
- Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities
- Assist the various departments with the implementation of new e-learning strategies
- Assist in the creation of support resources on Moodle
- Upload resources and short courses on Moodle
- Provide academic support to campuses with online resources
- Follow up on special projects with e-learning champions
- Liaise with the Assistant Director Academic Services on the expansion of online learning
- Liaise with the Finance department regarding invoicing tranche payments

Recommendations
- Knowledge of CANVA and other related software
- Experience in software development or system support experience
- Assessor and/ or Moderator qualification will be an advantage
- Multilingualism will be an advantage

Requirements
- Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent qualification with accounting as a subject

- A qualification and/or experience in a financial system (Sage Pastel or similar)

Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with the relevant policies and regulations
- Ensure correct documentation and proper record keeping
- Compiling financial reports
- Performs field inventory counts (including textbooks), barcoding and verification
- Performs physical transfer/disposal of surplus/obsolete items
- Ensure correct entries on the fixed assets register
- Ad hoc finance tasks

Recommendations
- Two years’ experience in asset management and procurement processes will be an advantage
- One year of experience in a TVET Finance Environment
- Multilingualism will be an advantage
