Part-time Remote Compliance and Support Administrator

Job Description

This is a remote position.

A fast-paced investment company is seeking a highly organised Part-time Compliance and Support Administrator (8-10 hours per week) to assist with personal and business administrative tasks. This part-time, remote role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and a background in compliance or executive support.

You will play a key role in ensuring that important deadlines, documents, and communications are managed efficiently, while supporting both business and personal administrative functions.

Responsibilities

Organise and maintain digital folders for statutory and personal documents (AFS, CIPC, SARS, UBO info)

Track deadlines for tax submissions, AFS filings, CIPC updates, and other compliance-related tasks

Maintain a centralised calendar and task list for all personal and business compliance obligations

Keep UBO records current and easily accessible

Screen emails and highlight urgent or high-priority messages (SARS, legal, banks, etc.)

Flag emails related to payments, bills, or invoices for follow-up

Set up reminders for personal admin tasks (e.g. passport renewals, car licenses, school deadlines)

Consolidate tasks from various sources (email, WhatsApp, notes) to ensure nothing is missed

Draft or send simple admin-related emails (e.g. follow-ups with service providers)

Maintain a personal contact list (e.g. doctors, accountants, service providers)

File and track documents such as warranties, insurance policies, leases, and FICA

Monitor recurring subscriptions or payments and send reminders

Requirements

  • 3+ years of admin, compliance, or executive support experience
  • Familiarity with South African statutory and compliance requirements (SARS, CIPC, UBO, etc.)
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital filing systems, calendars, and task management tools
  • High level of discretion and reliability when handling confidential information

You’ll work primarily with warm inbound leads of businesses already interested in helping their local schools. If leads slow down, you’ll simply reach out directly to local businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact prospective sponsors by phone and email (minimum 75 calls and 75 emails daily)
  • Use company-provided scripts and templates to guide conversations and close deals
  • Highlight the value of supporting local schools while promoting the business
  • Keep accurate records of calls, emails, and sales activities in the CRM
  • Follow the proven sales cadence for consistent results

Requirements

  • Fully equipped home office, with stable internet connectivity & back up power supply.
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Strong computer skills and ability to type at least 50 WPM
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Persistent, self-driven, and able to follow structured systems
  • Comfortable handling high-volume outreach daily
