Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly observant and detail-oriented Loss Prevention Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for protecting company assets by identifying, investigating, and preventing internal and external theft, ensuring a safe and secure environment for employees, customers, and merchandise.
Job Responsibilities
• Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV) and conduct routine audits to detect and prevent theft, shrinkage, and fraud.
• Conduct internal and external investigations, interviews, and incident reports in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with leadership to support security and safety initiatives.
• Conduct safety walkthroughs and ensure all loss prevention and safety protocols are followed.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies, including theft, accidents, and policy violations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, investigations, and recoveries.
• Support physical security systems such as alarm systems, access controls, and security devices.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on loss prevention awareness and best practices.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, brand management, or early-stage fashion/DTC brand growth
- Proven track record of closing strategic partnerships or deal flows
- Deep understanding of the independent brand ecosystem or fashion industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, able to manage nuanced stakeholder dynamics
- Highly structured, organized, and self-driven, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments

Job Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement creative strategies to identify and penetrate new markets, leveraging market trends, e-commerce seller insights, and competitive analysis to drive business growth.
- Innovative Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate innovative solutions and develop new business models for SHEIN Marketplace that address market gaps, staying ahead of the competition and ensuring long-term sustainability.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify e-commerce trends, seller needs, and potential areas for business development, providing valuable insights to shape our product and service offerings.
