Key Responsibilities:

Job Purpose

This role is responsible for designing and delivering high quality training packages for use aimed at enhancing the user experience of Modular supplied products. You will train customers and employees in using Modular products by using audio/visuals, in-seat, classroom and hands-on training methods to improve system usage and improve customer value.

  • Create and design training packages using documentation, audio/visuals ad other tools which focus on the requirements of the learners and the required competencies for using Modular products effectively. 
  • Facilitate and deliver high quality training to clients and employees in classroom and/or operational environments. 
  • Use a variety of tools including exams (written and verbal), practical demonstrations, logged sat time, KPI portfolios, observational assessments and computer-based assessing to measure the competency of learners. 
  • Work with other business units within Modular to assist clients to improve system usage and show the value in use of the product. 
  • Effective, efficient and accurate use of business systems including but not limited to Sharepoint, Zendesk support portal, Harvest. 

Required Skills

  • Knowledge and understanding of the Modular Minecare system on a mine site.
