Main Job Purpose

Main Objectives

  • Grow sales volumes by identifying new business, growing local accounts, and exploring joint marketing opportunities in the region.
  • Build and develop relationships with the local broker network and depots supporting National Deals in each region, with a strong focus on increasing sales and delivering low-effort customer experiences.
  • Ensure service delivery, implementation, and management of deals to meet customer expectations.

Glass Handler- Springs

To Supply the line with correct clean glass to meet the Scheduled Production Plan. Inspection of glass being flopped to ensure there are no visible defects. Reporting and recording any breakages and glass loss at the flopping table. Packing glass from packing table to pallets.

Main Objective

· Off-load and load glass onto trailers and packing onto frames.

· Assist Crane Drivers in handling the crane grab when loading, offloading or moving glass.

· Manually remove broken sheets of glass from the packs.

· Count the number of plates per pack and assist in stock takes.

· Ensure housekeeping standards are met.

· Recording of losses with the warehouse supervisor & assist in maintaining stock accuracy.

· Inspect glass for visible poor quality and raise this with the Warehouse supervisor.

· Report all incidents and accidents to the Warehouse supervisor/ Management.

Main job purpose

  • To provide an analytical function for the full marketing division by analysing data, identifying trends and feeding the information back to the business in order to make decisions at a Corporate Level.

Main Objective

  • To provide an analytical function for the full marketing division by analysing data, identifying trends and feeding the information back to the business in order to make decisions at Corporate Level.
  • To receive and analyse forecast and compare to the Customer’s contract/previous forecast/sales and order history to ensure future growth and sustainability.
  • To extract information from the system and provide information to the relevant stakeholders, monthly to the Supply Chain Manager and quarterly to the Financial Team to raise any deviations and analyse market trends.
  • To create a price list for ARG by extracting data from SAP and calculating the price within specified parameters and maintain information on SAP on a weekly basis to ensure invoicing is done sufficiently and accurate.
  • To collate the price lists for NPD and provide feedback to the existing and new customers to ensure profitability.
  • To obtain price increases- weighted average for Export and ARG in line with specific parameters and accurate information shared with the customers to ensure increase for sustainability in market.
  • To attend to ad hoc enquiries in terms of parts and pricing, stock availability and delivery time of parts by generating stock reports from SAP to provide accurate information.
  • To successfully maintain SAP system ensuring that there are no price discrepancies and orders are dealt with timeously.  
  • To collate weekly and monthly reports by extracting data from different sources in order to identify excess stock and highlight any problems.
  • To ensure effective communication of relevant information to all stakeholders to support effective decision making for the business. 

Critical job requirements

  • Grade 12     
  • National Diploma in Commerce or related field
  • 3 year’s experience in a sales and marketing environment

Main job purpose

To plan, lead, organise, control and support the entire operation, associated resources and assets of a Fitment Centre by implementing and deliberately driving Company Standards, strategic and operational initiatives aligning the execution of business and all resources to Company Strategy and initiatives to success.

Main Objective

  • Ensure the achievement of company budgets by generating sales/revenue and converting all opportunities through establishing and maintaining a customer base, managing expenses, effective stock control, effective cash management and strict adherence to company processes that will result in sustainable profitability and growth while being compliant to best admin practises.
  • Establish a culture of trust, effective communication, engagement, cooperation and aligned team dynamic towards achieving business Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) through effective leadership, performance management, healthy discipline and KPI tracking.
  • Ensure and deliberately manage excellent customer service by empowering all staff through effective communication, understanding of cause and effect and training / improvement opportunities to ensure targeted levels of Net Promoter Scores (NPS) are achieved.
  • Enforce and effectively manage compliance to standard business practices and procedures by conducting checks on counter sales, review Price Purchase Variance (PPV) and Internal Transfer of Stock (ITS) so as to reduce stock loss and utilise end of day reports to monitor Fitment Centre performance so as to mitigate overall risk.
  • Attend to and embrace new business related learning opportunities, continuous development and or improvements and extended reasonable work related tasks and responsibilities as may come about towards remaining in a industry leading position.
  • To ensure staff are effectively managed and held accountable through performance and disciplinary procedures, and that staff are developed and mentored through the talent management and IDP processes.
