Duties & Responsibilities:
Good E-filing knowledge, submission of all tax-related returns, CIPC submissions, ROE
Submissions, U-Filing.
Workmen’s compensation knowledge and experience
Recording supplier/creditor entries into accounts
Customer and supplier ageing and ledger management
Cashbooks and Bank reconciliations
Accounts query management
Reviewing of all related tax returns, monthly work/management packs, annual financial
statements, etc, as allocated
Compiling and reviewing financial statements
Monthly payroll.
Using Sage Payroll.
Other ad hoc duties
Providing training to first-year students on certain subjects
Qualifications & Requirements:
BCom Accounting Degree / Accounting/bookkeeping diploma or relevant qualification
(non-negotiable)
Honours will be advantageous
Full registered SAIPA member in good standing
Tax practitioner experience is essential
Legal bookkeeping experience and processes are essential
Medical bookkeeping experience will be advantageous
3 years’ experience within a finance environment
MS Office / Advanced Excel
Processing experience in Pastel / SageOne
Afrikaans & English
Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport

PURPOSE:
This role is responsible for coordinating and implementing multi-platform campaigns that promote SAIPA’s products, services, and initiatives to members, stakeholders, and the broader public.
KEY OUTPUTS:
Campaign Coordination & Project Management
- Plan and manage the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, social media, and event channels.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives aligned to SAIPA’s sales objectives and brand.
•Maintain and update the campaign calendar, ensuring all elements are on schedule and aligned with strategic goals.
Content & Channel Alignment:
•Collaborate with marketing, communications, and design teams to ensure all content is on-brand, audience-relevant, and consistent across platforms.
•Ensure campaign messaging supports product/service positioning and responds to market needs
Lead Generation & Sales Support
- Support the Sales function by executing campaigns that drive member acquisition, product uptake, event registration, and other conversion targets.
Internal/External Advertisement:
- Assist in developing member journeys and lead nurturing workflows that align with the campaign
goals.
Tracking, Reporting & Optimisation:
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, including engagement, CTR, conversion, and ROI.
- Compile post-campaign performance reports and recommend improvements.
- Track marketing budgets, supplier invoices, and campaign spend against targets.
Administrative Support:
- Coordinate production schedules, content approvals, briefing documents, vendor liaison, and
campaign assets. - Manage content libraries and ensure marketing assets are stored and accessible for future use
Educational Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Experience Required:
- 3–5 years’ experience in a campaign coordination or marketing role, preferably within a
professional body, B2B, or education/training sector - Strong understanding of marketing channels and tools, including email platforms, social media
schedulers, and basic CRM or lead tracking platforms. - Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Strong communication, editing, and administrative capabilities.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience supporting sales-driven marketing campaigns.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solutions-oriented with a positive, proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with SAIPA’s audience and professional designation environment is advantageous.
