Vacancy : Risk and Compliance Practitioner

CTC Salary Package : R 571 000.000 all-inclusive package p.a
Minimum Appointment Requirements
Matric/Grade 12 Certificate; ▪ NQF Level 7 in Law/ Compliance or Risk Management; ▪ Minimum of 4 years’ experience in compliance and risk management; ▪ NQF Level 8 in Law/Compliance/Internal Audit or Risk Management is advantageous; ▪ Certification as Compliance Practitioner (CPrac), Certified Fraud Examiner (ACFE) ; Certified Ethics Officer (TEI) ; or Certified Risk Management Practitioner (CRM Prac) is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct Risk Identification, Assessment, and Mitigation / Control, Risk and compliance Monitoring and Reporting; ▪ Assisting in the implementation of the approved risk and compliance management plan; ▪Assist National Office and Provincial Offices with monitoring the risk register; ▪Keep abreast of trends in risk and compliance; ▪Monitor the implementation of risk management framework and policy; ▪Assist the Risk Champions on risk and compliance concerns escalated to National Office; ▪Coordinate and facilitate training across LPC (National and Provincial) on risk and compliance frameworks, and policy
(including other policies related to Risk and Compliance Dept) ; ▪Provide inputs for the quarterly risk and compliance awareness articles for the LPC; ▪Assist in the preparation of the Risk and Compliance Committee agenda; ▪Consolidate the Risk and Compliance action list and submit it to the Manager for review; ▪; ▪Assist in the development of Risk and Compliance department policies; ▪Monitor LPC Policy Registers and Policy expiry periods. Compile and monitor Compliance Risk Management Plans; ▪Monitor and report on compliance obligations.
