TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Corporate Client Relations Officer within the Corporate Services division at Piet Retief, Mpumalanga.
Job Summary
This role involves delivering exceptional customer service by managing onboarding processes, gathering feedback, and driving continuous service improvement. The Corporate Client Relations Officer will actively visit clients, to understand their experiences with TWK, identify challenges, and provide solutions. This role will also support customer education, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and contribute to business growth through effective lead generation and service excellence.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key customers across the group, including regular on-site visits to understand their needs firsthand
- Act as the main point of contact for escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution
- Ensure a customer-first approach across all divisions, focusing on client satisfaction and retention
- Manage the resolution of customer complaints quickly and effectively, taking proactive steps to prevent recurring issues
- Monitor service delivery standards to ensure consistency across the TWK group
- Plan and implement service improvement initiatives based on insights gathered directly from client interactions
- Serve as a communication channel between customers and internal departments, ensuring client needs are effectively represented
- Collect, analyse, and present customer feedback to management, highlighting opportunities for improvement and innovation
- Develop communication strategies with the Communications department to inform customers about new products, services, and company initiatives
- Collaborate with TWK representatives, marketing, operations, and product development teams to align customer needs with business objectives
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all touchpoints
- Support multiple business units within the TWK group in handling customer-specific projects
- Analyse trends in customer issues and recommend improvements
- Travel to client locations to gain firsthand insights and build trust
- Provide management with actionable insights for decision-making, derived from both data and direct client engagement
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, Customer Service, or related field
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably within a corporate or client-facing environment
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and relationship building skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement practical solutions
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Bilingual (Afrikaans & English)
- Valid Driver’s License (Code 08)
- Willing to travel

Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintain accurate and organised filing systems
- Preparation on Quotes for New Business from Brokers and Agents
- Prepare, format, and distribute correspondence, reports, and forms
- Monitor and replenish office resources such as stationery and forms
- Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external queries
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, clients, and service providers
- Manage daily tasks, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines
- Compile and submit accurate audit and training reports
- Capture client and policy data into relevant systems and databases

Job Summary
This role involves ensuring the availability, security, and optimal performance of the organisation’s IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include managing server environments, identity and access systems, Microsoft 365 services, and cybersecurity controls. The role also requires proactive incident response, system monitoring, and continuous improvement through documentation and technology optimisation.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Ensure availability, stability, and performance of physical and virtual servers
- Manage server patching, backups, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Maintain and administer Local Active Directory (users, groups, GPOs, OU structure)
- Manage Azure AD/Entra ID including identity lifecycle, conditional access, and SSO integration
- Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, licensing, and security compliance
- Ensure optimal user experience and service availability
- Implement and monitor security controls across on-prem and cloud environments
- Ensure compliance with organisational security policies, MFA, identity protection, and threat detection
- Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and apply preventive measures
- Manage escalations and liaise with vendors/support when required
- Proactively monitor system health, capacity, and performance
- Generate reports for audits, compliance, and management reviews
- Maintain accurate system documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
- Research and recommend new technologies and best practices
Qualifications and Skills
- Matric / Grade 12
- CompTIA A+ and N+
- Microsoft AZ-800 certification
- CompTIA Security+ (advantageous)
- Microsoft MS-102 (advantageous)
- Minimum 2 years working in a virtual vSphere server environment
- Minimum 2 years working with Azure & Local environments
