The purpose of this role is:

To bring together the planning, organisation, implementation and measurement under one roof to foster growth and execution excellence.

Operational Tasks Roller Mills:

Plansifter:

To develop and maintain RCL Foods products within distributors nationally.
Provide distribution leadership through formal partnering with key distribution platforms and serving as the primary distributor contact for the RCL Foods – Food Solutions

Leadership

Managing to work in a team dynamic with boiler operators and artisans in the boiler house.
Management of the day-to-day activities and outputs of all activities independently.
Must be able to be manage understanding of machine drawings to improve performance and reduce downtime.
Managing scheduled tasks in the area of responsibility by participating in planned activities and executing them according to the requirement of the plant.

Repairs and Maintenance

To be proactive in identifying potential faults/breakdowns before they occur by inspecting instruments and electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards and defects.
