Portfolio and Integrated Facilities Management. - Manage the portfolio in line alignment with ISO 55001,
ensuring adherence with all applicable statutory and
compliance requirements - Accountable for Civil, Electrical and Mechanical
maintenance at facilities within the FM Priority portfolio - Managing and administering of contracts and service level
agreements in accordance with applicable City policies
and procedures - Management and monitoring of programmes comprising
of multiple projects varying complexity

Requirements
- A relevant tertiary qualification, namely, four (4) years Tertiary
Diploma in Fire Technology, National Diploma in Fire Technology - Relevant management experience
- Eight years relevant experience commensurate with the
requirements of the position, including budget preparation,
management of staff and other administration functions - Computer Literacy
- A valid driver’s license
- No criminal record
Key Performance Areas
- Manage, lead, co-ordinate and monitor firefighting and rescue
